Join Us On February 25th To Discuss What Will Be NY’s Place In Interstate Cannabis Commerce
NYCCIA-HVCIA Joint Virtual Meeting — 2/25, 5:30-7:00 PM
The NYCCIA and HVCIA are proud to welcome Guest Speaker Adam Smith. Among many other of the causes he has served, Adam is the Founder and President, of Alliance for Sensible Markets which promotes sustainable cannabis industry prosperity through interstate commerce. Adam is also the Founder of the Craft Cannabis Alliance, a former member of Portland Oregon’s Cannabis Social Equity Grant selection committee, and a policy advocate for sensible drug policy for over two decades. Join us as we discuss:
- Why states like New York (once legalized) don’t have to wait for federal legalization to begin interstate cannabis commerce
- Why it matters that east cost cannabis markets have historically been import-based
- Why interstate commerce now is a better path for small business, social equity, environmental and economic sustainability, jobs and state revenues, as well as for patients and consumers
- What does the prospect of interstate commerce mean for your business plan now?
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to:
