May 4th Forum On Social & Economic Equity
Virtual NYCCIA-HVCIA Meeting 5:30-7:00 PM

New York’s new law legalizing adult-use cannabis places a heavy priority on social and economic equity in this new marketplace.  Join us for a Town Hall style forum with the authors of the NYCCIA-HVCIA’s Report on Concrete Social Equity Measures For New York’s Adult-Use Cannabis Legislation, Christine De La Rosa, Joseph Devlin, Esq. Frederika M. Easley, Michelle Fields, Esq., Jessica F. Gonzales, Esq, David Holland, Colleen Mairead Hughes, Kenny Mack and Amanda Reyes, Andrew Schriever and Elizabeth Shields

Join us as we drill down on key questions, including:

  • What is social and economic equity?
  • Who are the applicants?
  • What does community reinvestment look like?
  • Why is social and economic equity critical to the success of the market?

The forum will be moderated by HVCIA Director and CEO of  Phoenix Nutraceutical, Inc., Ruben Lindo, and will include time for group discussion.

Registration is now closed for this event.  Please also note that the meeting will be recorded.
